Jason Jay Smart

Jason Jay Smart is an American political consultant with vast international experience across four continents. Dr. Smart has organized political campaigns and business ventures in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Smart served on the US Presidential campaigns of Senator John McCain (2008) and of Senator Ted Cruz (2016) – where he led the use of “big data” for primaries. 

Darius Jurgelevičius

Darius Jurgelevičius, before coming to APS, was the Deputy Director General of the Lithuanian State Security Department, and prior to that was the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since leaving Lithuanian government service, he has worked as an advisor to and high level negotiator for the Lithuanian government, for the European Union, and as an advisor to a number of political leaders in eastern Europe.

Kristina Avramchenko

Kristina Avramchenko, before joining APS, was an advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, where she was responsible for trade facilitation projects and development of SME. She has relevant experience in project and organizational management, policy analysis, interaction and liaison with the Government of Ukraine, Members of Parliament and other governmental and non-governmental organizations.

Michael Talan

Mr. Michael Talan is a distinguished expert in the field of digital sovereignty, receiving recognition for his unwavering commitment to safeguarding the digital interests of nations. His deep-seated dedication to cultivating a digital landscape that empowers nations while fostering global cooperation has garnered the respect and admiration of colleagues and peers worldwide. His unique insights make him a sought-after and unparalleled expert in the field.

Rahat Bolotov

Rakhat Bolotov joined APS after having lled Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for the “Food Security: Sustaining local food system for a healthy diet in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan” in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. He was responsible for diverse aspects of the project’s execution, including leading relations with stakeholders and beneficiaries of the project. Bolotov played a key role in exceeding expectations for the project’s objectives and indicators.

Nick Bond

Nick is a sociologist who has honed his skills to become an expert in political strategies and communications. He joined APS having already worked in both local and national campaigns, in Eastern Europe and the Caucuses, where he conducted sociological surveys and focus groups, and created tailored strategies for political parties, mayors, ministries and top-level politicians.

José Ramón Álvarez Cañedo

José Ramón Álvarez Cañedo is well-known in Spain and the European Union as a lawyer who specializes in Public Economic Law and Regulated Sectors. José Ramón brings APS more than 10 years of professional legal practice experience, for top-level national and international companies. José Ramón currently provides legal advice to the General Counsel and Corporate Legal Director of the famous banking and financial institution.

Aizhan Chargynbaeva

Aijan Chargynbaeva has years of expertise, knowledge, and management that she brings to APS. Previously, Aizhan was the Senior Program Coordinator at the International Republican Institute where she was in charge of projects related with political parties, local non-governmental organizations, and national government authorities in Kyrgyzstan. Chargynbaeva coordinated multiple youth projects across all seven Kyrgyz oblast.

Michael Coughlin

Michael Coughlin is an American data scientist who specializes in the modeling and simulation of social phenomena. In his days before APS, Michael consulted clients in the spheres of defense, healthcare, architecture, and social planning. Throughout his career, Michael has worked with a broad array of stakeholders in business, academia, government, and development organizations during the creation and implementation of the Saudization and Emiratization laws aimed to increase the participation of those countries’ nationals within their respective workforces.

Kate Doroszowna

Kate joined the APS team with extensive experience in the fields of communications
and psychology. As a trained psychologist,
Kate advises companies on organizational psychology, as well as business and political leaders on the development of their image. However, her career began in a totally different sphere…

Brent Escobar

Brent Escobar is an American entrepreneur whose breadth of business experience spans across North and South America in international import/export, agriculture, digital currencies, commercial lending, and early-stage venture capital sectors. From his Miami base of operations, Escobar brings APS guidance in import/export, strategic planning, market introduction of consumer-packaged goods, and business development.

Arthur “Art” A. Estopinan

Arthur Estopinan, a senior level international and public affairs specialist, formerly served as the Chief of Staff and Official Spokesman for Chairman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (Chairman Emeritus of the U.S. House Committee on Foreign Affairs), comes to APS with over 27 years of experience in the US Congress.

Bill Jarrell

Bill Jarrel, from the Executive Branch to the halls of Congress, has over 30 years of top management experience in government and public affairs service that he brings to APS, including over 13 years of work for the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, and the Administration of President George H. W. Bush in various senior policy and leadership positions.

Ravshan Djeyenbekov

Ravshan Djeyenbekov, an eminent Kyrgyz political leader, has been involved in the fight for democracy and human rights for over 20 years. During his storied career, Djeyenbekov has held a wide number of high-level positions in a number of the governments of the Kyrgyz Republic where always put the principles of democracy, rule-of-law, and human rights first.

Javier Ivorra

Javier Ivorra is a top-level geographer who brings his technically advanced managerial skills with international experience in GIS, Cartography, and Remote Sensing, in both the public and private sectors, to APS. Ivorra’s track record of creating geographical information, executing coastal and hydraulic engineering projects, and developing thematic maps according to complex requirements as set by the client. 

Erick Andrés Gálvez

Before coming to APS, Erick Galvez, Director of ROYALTOUR, a premier Ecuadorian tour company dedicated to organizing tours, conventions, and international leisure activities – developed a wide range of experience across a number of diverse businesses and economic sectors. Gálvez has branched his businesses to include aquafarming, procurements, imports/exports, and has achieved fantastic commercial relationships and distribution strategies for a wide-number of clients in the private sector, as well as the public sector, including the Armed Forces of Ecuador and the Ecuadorian National Police.

Gintarė Narkevičiūtė-Jurgelionė

Gintarė Narkevičiūtė-Jurgelionė has managed, advised, and led dozens of political campaigns in the post-Soviet space over the past 15 years. She is a globally recognized professional, specialized in the field of international and external relations, who has led large scale projects within the countries of the Eastern Partnership programme. 

María Gabriela “Gaby” Núñez Klinger

María Gabriela “Gaby” Núñez Klinger comes to APS with a stellar background in helping clients in Latin America and Europe to improve their public image. Aside from years of having worked in television and radio, Gaby has worked with law firms, in the tourism industry, and with public events corporations to bridge their needs with the public’s demands.

Cristóbal Lamar

Cristóbal has worked with leading political parties, social causes, and political campaigns in the United States and Latin America. Even before coming to APS, through his many years in politics, Cristóbal held senior leadership positions on numerous local and presidential campaigns.

Santiago Pérez

Santiago Pérez is an Anthropologist and Political Consultant specialized in public opinion and has more than 30 years of experience in surveys, censuses, qualitative studies, teaching, design of political strategy and communication that he brings to APS. Perez has designed, directed, and analyzed the results of thousands of studies related to the social, economic, and cultural spheres.

Andrew Pierson

Andrew Pierson made the decision to join APS after over 20 years of dedicating his life to advancing and defending the national security interests of the United States. Upon leaving active duty in the US armed services, Pierson led key offices and task forces in numerous government entities where he provided expertise, and trained others, in Intelligence Analysis, Information Operations, Offensive Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism, language exploitation, small arms training, and Cybersecurity.

Geancarlos Cevallos Ponce

Geancarlos is a renowned Political Management and Marketing specialist. With over 17 years of experience in advising successful political campaigns, both nationally and regionally, Geancarlos comes to APS ready to help you in building your political victory. Cevallos has worked on seven presidential campaigns and has managed numerous election campaigns. Cevallos has a profound knowledge of the political situation in both Ecuador and Latin America and brings a large Rolodex of top-level contacts.

Michael Primak

Michael Primak comes to APS following a long career serving in senior positions protecting American national security interests. Primak is an expert in the former Soviet States and the threats associated with Islamic terrorism. Prior to APS, he served as an Arabic Cryptologic Technician, where Primak worked on complex matters related to US military interests.

Dan K. Rapoport

Dan Rapoport is an American Investment banker with a 25 year history of successful international public and private equity transactions. Funded deals in US, UK, Canada, Ukraine, and Russia include equity and debt investments in transport, retail, financials, SaaS, construction, and real estate. In the past Dan was a Managing Director of several investment banks, overseeing offices in Moscow, New York, London, Kyiv and Limassol.

Michael Primak

Michael Primak comes to APS following a long career serving in senior positions protecting American national security interests. Primak is an expert in the former Soviet States and the threats associated with Islamic terrorism. Prior to APS, he served as an Arabic Cryptologic Technician, where Primak worked on complex matters related to US military interests.

Angela Zaika

Angela Zaika was an advisor in the Kyiv City Council, where she was responsible for the implementation of projects related to the development of the City of Kyiv, and cooperation with local authorities. Before joining the APS team, she was an adviser to the head of the Pechersk District State Administration in Kyiv and was an Adviser to Mikheil Saakashvilli’s Office of Simple Solutions under the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Adriana Rivera

Adriana Rivera is a seasoned communications professional whose track record extends over two decades where she has continuously helped clients to get their message to wider audiences by using effective and persuasive techniques. Prior to working for APS, Adriana worked in television in Latin America, both in front of the camera as a national television host, and behind the camera as a producer for diverse programming ranging from news, to sports, to women’s programming.

Viktoria Shaygardanova

Viktoria Shaygardanova’s wide experience in the aviation, marketing, and advertising industries, brings unique insight to APS. Her resume covers projects spans across from Europe to Silicon Valley. She has also consulted previously for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the World Bank. Her experience  allows her to advise clients on how to best enter new markets within Eastern Europe, understand custom laws, and sustain success.

Christian Montessori 

Christian Montessori is an open source intelligence  researcher with half a decade of experience. Having focused on the conflicts of the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Montessori has systematically demonstrated that, analyzing, re-analyzing and refining every detail of the information, can often offer surprising results. 

Arthur Tomashevskii

Arthur Tomashevskii brings over 15 years of commercial and consulting experience to APS. Arthur has a strong track record of helping businesses to expand – such as a recent client who experienced 70% market growth, in just 12 months, thanks to the business development strategy that Arthur had designed. Arthur works with businesses across Poland, Ukraine, and the former Soviet Union. He specializes in competitive market analysis, optimizing business plans, and assisting companies to expand their client base.

Cesar Horlando Villaroel Dorigo comes to APS as a seasoned American communications expert with more than three decades of experience. Villaroel has managed television broadcast companies in Latin America and North America, before beginning working with film production in Hollywood. He has worked with political campaigns and leaders in the US, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Mexico.
Nicolas “Nico” M. Woods

Nicolas “Nico” M. Woods, works with APS on a wide number of global projects related to international trade, business, and in the sphere of contracting related to the US Government. Before coming to APS, Nico was a US Naval Officer, where he was certified by the US Department of Energy as a nuclear engineer, allowing him to be assigned to a nuclear submarine in the Northern Atlantic Fleet. 

Maryana Bevzyuk

Maryana comes to APS with years of experience in senior management roles that have broadened the horizons of the companies and professionals with whom she had worked. Bevzyuk is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. She has more than 15 years of expert experience in accounting and finance management.
