José Ramón Álvarez Cañedo

José Ramón Álvarez Cañedo is well-known in Spain and the European Union as a lawyer who specializes in Public Economic Law and Regulated Sectors. José Ramón brings APS more than 10 years of professional legal practice experience, for top-level national and international companies. José Ramón currently provides legal advice to the General Counsel and Corporate Legal Director of the famous banking and financial institution CECA- CECABANK, being Secretary of the Legal Committee and Attorney for the General Secretary and Legal Assessment Office to that Institution. In the teaching field, he is a professor of Administrative Law and Professional Ethics at IE Law School. Aside from being an expert in the legal fields of finance and banking, José Ramón has extensive experience in litigation and European Union law.
