Geancarlos Cevallos Ponce

Geancarlos is a renowned Political Management and Marketing specialist. With over 17 years of experience in advising successful political campaigns, both nationally and regionally, Geancarlos comes to APS ready to help you in building your political victory. Cevallos has worked on seven presidential campaigns and has managed numerous election campaigns. Cevallos has a profound knowledge of the political situation in both Ecuador and Latin America and brings a large Rolodex of top-level contacts.

Cevallos’s experience includes Project Evaluation and Management of regional and local governments’ management. Cevallos was the lead coordinator on numerous development projects in multiple municipalities. Prior to joining APS, Geancarlos worked as General Manager of several public companies and as provincial Head of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Aquaculture, and Fisheries.

In addition to his vast experience in Management and Political Marketing, Cevallos is a Professor in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí. He is a recognized economist with extensive academic and practical experience. Cevallos has numerous publications in leading journals and experience in writing economic development programs that have gone on to be successfully implemented.
