Bill Jarrell

Bill Jarrel, from the Executive Branch to the halls of Congress, has over 30 years of top management experience in government and public affairs service that he brings to APS, including over 13 years of work for the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, and the Administration of President George H. W. Bush in various senior policy and leadership positions.

As Communications Director at the Department of the Interior, Bill Jarrell handled a wide range of issues for one of the largest and most diverse agencies in the federal government; ranging from Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, mining and water issues, and the Fish and Wildlife Service.
While on Capitol Hill, Jarrell served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Campaign Manager to former House Majority Whip Tom DeLay (R-TX). Jarrell served as Chief of Staff to Representative James Saxton (R-NJ) and to Representative Donald Lukens (R-OH); as Communications Director to Senator Steve Symms (R-Idaho); and as Press Aide to Representative Mickey Edwards (R-OK). During his time on Capitol Hill, Jarrell was named one of Roll Call’s “Top 20 Congressional Staffers.”
