Rahat Bolotov
Rakhat Bolotov joined APS after having led Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for the “Food Security: Sustaining local food system for a healthy diet in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan” in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. He was responsible for diverse aspects of the project’s execution, including leading relations with stakeholders and beneficiaries of the project. Bolotov played a key role in exceeding expectations for the project’s objectives and indicators. As a result of the successful implementation of the project, 18 villages across Kyrgyzstan were provided with potable water. Bolotov was also a project organizer within the Turkish company “Ak-Ay Elektrik,” where he developed a strong knowledge of the electricity sector. Bolotov is an expert in the politics and societies of the Turkic nations within Central Asia, and how they relate to the development of businesses there.
