Il \u00e9tait responsable de divers aspects de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du projet, notamment de la gestion des relations avec les parties prenantes et les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du projet. M. Bolotov a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel, d\u00e9passant m\u00eame les attentes, dans la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs et des indicateurs du projet. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie du projet, 18 villages du Kirghizstan ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approvisionn\u00e9s en eau potable. Bolotov a \u00e9galement \u0153uvr\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019organisateur de projets au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 turque \u00ab Ak-Ay Elektrik \u00bb, o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solide connaissance du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. M.
